First Person View - 3D Walkthrough
With Matterport First Person View you can explore a property in 3D like never before by navigating through the property as if you were there in person.
Matterport’s First Person View allows the user to navigate to areas that interest them, instead of the person that created the video.
Dollhouse View
Matterport's Dollhouse View provides a cutaway view allowing the whole space to be presented in its entirety.
This view enables users to rotate the view at any angle to allow them to fully appreciate the layout and flow of the property.
Floor Plan View
Matterport's Floor Plan View provides a bird’s eye view of the property, looking down from above as if the roof were removed.
This view allows the user to easily understand the layout of the property.
360° Integration
Matterport's 360 integration provides additional 360 degree views of additional areas around the property, allowing the user to view anything from the backyard, car parking facilities, amenities to what the surrounds look like on the street.
Tags
Tags are attached to objects or spaces within the 3D model that canbe used to label equipment, note repairs or damage, highlight interestingfeatures, add photos or links and provide further information.

BIM provides an accurate representation of your physical space orobject via photorealistic imagery that converts that space or object intoquick, easy-to-use working files throughout the entirety of your projects. BIMfiles create a digital foundation to index spatial, material and equipmentinformation and insights, at scale using Autodesk Revit.
